Some of the locally-cast roles already-filmed:
[Juan] – MALE. 20-35. Hispanic. Mexican who has always done whatever it takes to survive, but increasingly struggles with a pesky sense of virtue. He can be charming and flirtatious, or unflinchingly resolute. American English and limited, fluent Mexican Spanish.
[Peña] – MALE. 35-55. Hispanic. Noble and steady sub-commander of Mexican anticorruption tactical unit, who could possibly be mistaken as corrupt. American English and some Mexican Spanish.
[Lauren] – FEMALE. 18-26. All ethnicities. American medical missionary whose commitment to both pacifism and her faith is tested, but remains strong. American English.
- AND –
[Carey] – FEMALE. 18-26. All ethnicities. Endearing, optimistic, and sweet - a medical student who no one could dislike. American English.
[Michael] – MALE, 18-25. All ethnicities. Slightly-nerdy American medical student who’s ready to be the second-coming of James Bond and Jason Bourne’s baby at any moment. He’s mostly cool with being an outcast. American English and limited second-language Spanish lines.
[Austin] –MALE. 24-35. All ethnicities. Recent medical-grad and medical mission leader. Though a light-hearted manager/mentor, he’s poised and ready to employ his raised-Texan recreational weapons skills when justified. American English.
[Brian] – MALE. 18-28. All ethnicities. Level-headed medical missionary who may be out of his element amongst the violence and lack of civility. He is well-adjusted enough to adapt, if not fully overcome his circumstances. American English.
---------------------------------------------------Sign up your vehicle by clicking here! We've got some cool cars, trucks, and aircraft in the movie, and it's been a blast to work with them! Several types are even unique to Sub Rosa in that they haven't been in films before or have been mocked up for this specific movie. But if you've got something that should really be in a movie, we're always open to adding more. We could consider: • Tactical/Military vehicles • "Narco" vehicles (if it looks like cartels would take it into battle, let's talk) • Police Cars (former police cars are fine... we can mock up as needed) • Aircraft • Passenger vehicles that look right for Mexico streets (mostly that's the same as US streets, though there are a few models more common in Mexico) If interested, please sign up by clicking here if possible, or email SubRosaAssets@gmail.com with photos, description, and your contact information.
